Shipping & Returns
We are happy to ship to any location within Australia. For our monthly subscription packs the shipping fees are included in the price of the subscription. For all other items shipping fees are charged based on the weight of your package and are calculated automatically when you finalise your purchase. Orders are shipped with a combination of shipping partners depending upon location and should arrive within 2-7 business days from dispatch.
RETURN OF FAULTY ITEMS
If your items arrive faulty or damaged, we will be pleased to facilitate an exchange or refund for your purchase (including freight costs). Please contact us within 2 days of receipt of your item to organize the exchange or refund. We will then provide details on the address to send your product back to and the refund or exchange procedure.
We suggest sending returns via registered post, as we are unable to accept responsibility parcels that are lost in transit.
CHANGE OF MIND
Please consider items carefully with the information provided in our product descriptions prior to purchasing your item, as unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect size.
